• Help desk support hours available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• On-site response within 4 hours of the part arriving
• On-site hours of coverage are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days

If you are like many of our customers, you have a variety of manufacturer's equipment on site. DCR can help you consolidate all of your service contracts into a single contract. This also allows you to eliminate the frustration involved with managing and renewing multiple contracts.   Legacy (EOS) equipment can be covered under any of our plans as well – when the manufacturer won't service your hardware, call DCR and we’ll cover it with an appropriate service plan.
